tarted by owner Guillermo Alvarado as a gallery showcasing the finest local artists, Cucuru has now expanded to be one of the Springs' cultural hubs, hosting live jazz, tango classes, shows from local and international artists and wonderful food.

We specialize in gourmet coffee, breakfast, lunch and tapas; come in for sandwiches, salads, and homemade soups in a gallery setting.

During farmers' market season, we cook using locally grown produce (from the Saturday morning market right outside our door!).
